"Natural area along Tergola river"

The ‘Tergola’ is a river that runs through Veneto.

It has its rise in the springs of the Marsh of Onara, a naturalistic area in the north of Padua. 

Since some years, the embankments of thr river ‘Tergola’ have become a great naturalistic path which can be followed almost entirely by bike. Along the river, we can admire a typical countryside landscape with a rich spontaneous vegetation which grows along its own banks.

Here we can find some herons and wild ducks.
